A Very Hot Week!

What a HOT week it has been in Charleston!!! Of course the upstairs air went out! Seren is such a GREAT baby and has slept like a rock in the cradle where it is cool. She is getting so big and doing just great at holding her head up. She has become very interested in playing with her toys. She met her sitter for the first time this week and is so exited about starting with her on August 11th. This will be Jen's last week at home before heading back to work so we will be sure to get in tons of Seren time this week. Seren is looking so forward to her Grandma Lorraine keeping her week after next! We hope that you have a great and cool week!

Back from "vacaton"...

Seren (and company) just got back from a very long week. Seren took her "vacation" with Grammie and Grumps and had a blast! Mom was at a conference in Spartanburg all week, so Dad went to pick up Seren on Wednesday and came to spend some time with Mom in Spartanburg. We all had fun, but are very glad to be home and back on a schedule :)

A Very Busy Week SO FAR...

It's just Wednesday and Seren has had a very busy week. So far she has visited the aquarium and had her first visit to the pool. She loved the pool! We plan to try the aquarium again in the future - was a little fussy for the visit!

Happy 4th of July!

Seren had a very busy week! She had several lunch dates and went for her 2 month check up at the doctor. Turns out she is perfect in every way - she even handled her shots pretty well. She is spending the weekend at home and looking forward to a visit from Kristen and Herb on Saturday. She has become very attached to her bunny blanket this week. Happy 4th of July to all!
